Order Cancellation
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order with us anytime before delivery dispatch. We will refund your payment within 3 days of cancelling your order (This can take up to 7 days for the funds to clear back into your back).
Returning your Delivery
You have 14 days to return the goods you have received. You will receive a full refund if you meet the specifications below:
- The goods need to be in the same condition as you received them. Unused and in a saleable condition. Only the full pack can be returned.
- On requesting a return, we will ask you to send a photo of the product you wish to return before you send it back including the crate code.
- You will be liable for any return collection charges this will be deducted from your refund. The collection charge will depend on the size of vehicle we have to send out.
- We have a 20% restocking charge for cash refunds which will also be deducted from your refund total
- If you decide to swap the product for another one of our products we’ll waive the restocking fee but the collection charges will still apply.
Product Arrived Damaged
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged you will need to send us a photograph of the damaged goods and explain the issue in detail along with the crate code from the ticket on the crate. We require you to report any damages within 72 hours of receiving your goods. It is typical to expect one or 2 breakages in a crate and we advise for these to be used for cuts which is why we advise to over order by 5-10%. Our team will assess the situation and once we have established that a replacement is necessary, we will arrange collection of your damaged or fault goods and get more sent out to you.
Quality
Westminster Stone strive to supply you with the best quality products for your home and garden. On the rare occasion that you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you have received please let us know in detail including photographs of your issue within 72 hours of receiving them and together we can come up with a solution.
Received the Wrong Products
In the unlikely event that you believe you have received the wrong product we are here to help. Contact us as soon as you receive your order and we will work together to resolve the problem.
We will require you to explain whether you believe that the product is incorrect or if you just think it differs from what you expected. Again, we will require photos and crate code so we can identify what you’ve actually received so we can look at getting the replacements out to you.
Once the issue has been resolved and we are all happy with the outcome we will offer you the best solution.
