One of the main attractions at BBC Gardeners' World Live 2019, the Floral Marquee is first and foremost an incredible collection of vibrant tones, textures and colours.

The Floral Pyramid returned this year with 4 extra satellite pyramids, bringing huge walls of colour throughout the Floral Marquee. This year's pyramids focused on flowers with the ability to flourish in colder garden climates like the UK.

The dazzling begonias from Dibleys Nurseries in Ruthin, North Wales, pictured at the top of this article won a well deserved Platinum Award.

We spent time watching a talk at The Demo Bench with Adam Frost and Kate Gould, funny anecdotes included taking on a cat to finish an extension because it arrived before the builder!

We loved learning about Tillandsia (airplants) from the lovely people at Crafty Plants. Their striking display is featured towards the end of our Floral Marquee highlight video.

The delicious looking fresh vegetables on W Robinson & Son's Mammoth Onion kitchen garden style stall was a refreshing break from the floral displays.

Another show highlight was watching the British Florist Association team creating incredible floral displays at the Pyramid Stage.
