Wood Effect Porcelain Case Study
Ian Teasdale from IJT Landscaping & Property Services Ltd has kindly shared one of their recent projects featuring our wood effect Porcelain. IJT Landscaping are a family run landscaping firm, originally set up as a sole trader and now trading with 8 employees and a raft of contacts and recommendations. They offer services from maintenance to full garden makeovers and a design service, based in Swindon, Wiltshire.
The customer wanted to transform the garden to be able to use the long sloping lawn and unusable areas into a modern entertaining tiered garden with a traditional feel. Porcelain was chosen as it offered the contemporary, durability of porcelain but with a more traditional wood effect finish.

The Forest Collection
Forest Porcelain is ideally suited for kitchens, bathrooms, hallways and conservatories as well as externally for swimming pool and hot tub surrounds, and patios. It is a fantastic alternative to traditional wood decking. The Forest porcelain range is available in 3 colours; Delamere Maple, Wychwood Birch and Ashdown Oak
Each colour within the range has its own grain pattern and character and as with all Westminster Porcelain products, colouring within each tile, and from tile to tile, is very consistent for a totally uniform appearance. The Westminster Forest Porcelain range is particularly attractive when linking the interior of your home to the exterior landscape; perhaps through full-width bi-fold patio doors. There is a 1 cm tile thickness option in this range for the purpose, but the 2 cm tiles can be used both outdoors and in, to stunning effect should you prefer.
